With more then 25 years of experience in legal recruiting, Darnell has an insider's perspective of the legal profession. A commitment to establish a legal niche and become an expert at both client and candidate relations is what she founded Shuart & Associates on, and what differentiates us to this day. Darnell has placed over three hundred lawyers, performed several practice group acquisitions and mergers, and trained other legal recruiters in the nuances of the professional staffing industry. Darnell leads our Attorney Division and is a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants.
Erin began her career in 1997, after graduating with a B.F.A. from The College of Santa Fe, as a recruiter of other executive recruiters in New York City. She then moved onto placing both senior and entry-level candidates in publishing houses and advertising agencies throughout Midtown Manhattan. After pursuing graduate studies at N.Y.U., she returned home to New Orleans and joined Shuart & Associates in 2002. Erin shares Darnell’s passion for understanding every aspect of the legal profession in order to anticipate her clients' needs.
