Shuart & Associates fills associate, partner, in-house counsel, administrative, paralegal, legal secretary, and support positions. We can give you access to talent on a temporary, contract, temp-to-hire, or direct hire basis.

Shuart & Associates will get the details of your position so we clearly understand your needs and the requirements of the position. We will then locate candidates through a variety of recruiting resources. Each candidate undergoes an extensive screening and interviewing process based on your criteria. We can then either fill the position for you, or you may decide to interview the top few candidates before making a decision.

The cost to you will vary based on several factors, such as the type of position to be filled and whether it is a temporary or direct hire position. Shuart & Associates is committed to providing quality employees to your organization at a competitive price.

Shuart & Associates verifies references provided by each candidate. When requested, we are able to conduct a drug screen and criminal background check, as well as administer any other job-related testing that is necessary.

We offer guarantees on all of our placements. For non-attorney positions, if an employee leaves or is terminated within ninety days from the start date, we will provide one replacement candidate. Attorney placements are guaranteed for six months from the start date and Shuart will either provide one replacement candidate or refund one-sixth (1/6) of the fee paid for each calendar month remaining between the termination date and the end of the six month period.
