Legal Support Candidates

Once you have a confirmed appointment with your Shuart consultant, print and complete your application prior to your interview. Be sure to fill it out completely—even if you have already sent your resume.

In addition to your application, please bring the following to your interview:

• Your resume (in Word format)
• Three references with telephone numbers and e-mail contact information
• A copy of your transcript(s)
• Valid Driver's License or Voter's Registration Card and Social Security Card or U.S. passport
• Federal Tax Withholding Form (W4) – print and complete
• Louisiana State Tax Withholding Form (L4) – print and complete
• Employment Verfication Form (I-9) – print and complete

Attorneys and Management Candidates
