They are seeking an attorney with at least 7 years of experience in a corporate practice which includes; commercial real estate, contracts, agreements, and various business transactions. You will be responsible for providing guidance to business partners, working in collaboration to make strategic business decisions. In addition, you will be working with outside counsel, provide guidance on risk management both locally and internationally.
