Their resources include a sizable staff and budget dedicated to client development, as well as a proven structure to integrate new partners into the firm. The firm has an excellent fiscal outlook: profits have increased and exceeded targets since the recession and partner headcount increased by 3% last year. Offices outside of their main city are not treated like typical “satellite offices” where decisions and communication gets stalled, and leadership is diversified among many offices.
