Job Description

Shuart Legal & Executive Search is working with a growing, multi-state company seeking an experienced Human Resources Director. This position offers the opportunity to lead HR operations, work closely with executive leadership, and support continued business growth.

You’ll oversee key HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and workforce administration. Working alongside the VP of People, you’ll help develop consistent HR processes that support employees across multiple locations.
This role offers the opportunity to influence company operations, lead organizational improvements, and manage an HR function supporting both office and field employees.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• At least 5 years in senior HR leadership across multiple locations
• Experience supporting both salaried and field employees
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and employee relations
• Experience with compensation, benefits, and HR systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Construction or related industry experience preferred
